I am taking this combination as well - it's working for me! I have found that Cymbalta is weight neutral; however up to this point I've gained 20lbs from previous medications I've been on, and the weight is not budging, no matter what my change in lifestyle - diet, exercise.
So it's a mixed blessing for me. Working on my depression, yes. Allowing me to return to my desired weight, not possible for me! I'm trying to be content with the mental benefits and table my weight loss wishes for further down the line.
