Brain zaps, Lexapro

A few days ago, as I was still on lexapro, the weirdest thing happened.
I felt a "zap" in my brain. The zap was so strong that I jumped. At first, I was excited because I thought that maybe my chemicals were lining up.
What is a "brain zap?" Is it med related?
