Hello Lynn (again!)

Brain zaps are med related. They are very common, particulary on Effexor. I got them too - they are very weird! You get them when you are withdrawing from meds. They are scary but harmless (or so the docs think) Are you switching meds at the moment? It is best to taper off one, and then taper onto the new one, although some GPs (normal docs) aren't really aware of this, particulary here in the UK, but thats another story!
