Not to be too anal, I hope, but there are inhibitory flavonoids (naringin, naringenin) in grapefruit, as well.

As always, the dose makes the poison.

I wonder how it would change if one was to concurrently consume a 3A4 inducer, like St. John's wort, with an inhibitor. Which would win?
