In my experience st johns wort would win hands down in a contest opposing grapefruit juice, except maybe if you drank a few gallons a day. SJW metabolism effects are very very strong, in both induction and inhibition, depending on the med it is combined with. Though we usually hear about how sjw lowers the effectiveness of many drugs by increasing their metabolism, it also raises zyprexa levels by 300%. Happened to me. It was scary. It was through a different route than 3A4.
