Uhhhmm, have you read the DSMIV blurb on it? I take it to be a moral statement (and why not?)
*Some* people cope with/act out their narcissism by doing substances, and then they can seek treatment for substance use. Can you channel it into a somewhat positive direction? The need for attention and the sense of entitlement. Some people do that (in the papers this morning) by doing martial arts, dealing drugs and being fairly awful. I would try to find something or some activity that centres on you and your welfare. There is therapy, but drugs (pharmaceutical, I mean)?
How are you feeling anyway? Not so good if you stay in bed all day? Do you like staying in bed all day? It sounds like you'd like to get out. How can you at least make yourself physically healthy? You're on that hormone thing?
