If you have auto immune problems it could. The reason CFS paitents are taking whey is because it raises glutathione levels a very important part of the immune system.
One of the reasons I keep a journal. I can pinpoint changes and when symptoms changed with changes in supplements, drugs, diet, exercise, etc.
Let me know if you find out anything. If you stop the whey for a week and it helps let me know.
