Thanks for the reply. Apparently my Pdoc believes in the low and slow approach as he started me at 20mg, increasing by that amount at the end of each of the next two weeks as well. I'll see him after I've been at 60mg for a week.
He has me taking it at bedtime, so a snack is the best I'm going to manage but maybe I will try to include some nuts or cheese. It doesn't sound too bad from your experience, and sounds like you are feeling some good effects. Thats encouraging for both of us I guess. Keep up the good work!
