Hey Welcome!
I've just more or less finished discontinuing Effexor XR, and it's not fun to get off of, but it is possible. It wasn't as bad for me as I've read about for other people. Give yourself time to taper down and off. And when you finally go off Effexor you might not want to do it when you have a ton to do at school. The first day I was off, I didn't get anything done school wise that I wanted to. But it got better (this was maybe 2 weeks ago...)
I don't really know anything about Lexpro... sorry
