yeah, i'm sort of paranoid about it now. every day it seems like recorded medical information is getting less and less concrete (if that's possible.)

i was thinking it could be justification not to make a full dose 20mg pill of the drug, and still charge for two pills in all full dose patients. maybe it's a sneaky tactic to keep it under the standard radar of insurance companies and keep them paying and not questionning the cost, but also makes it tougher for the people like me who are paying cash up front.

but i don't know. it seems both namenda and ebixa are like this... i don't mean to be so suspicious, but it's so expensive and so potentially pointless.

i am paranoid though, over that patent website claim, that effect is lost after 24 hours, since movement crap and persistent leftover akithisic feelings are something i deal with.

i don't know about that site, but i think low magnesium may have been the rare state that caused me to be permanently affected by SSRI use. but still i do not know, and there seems to be no reliable test for magnesium, and i wouldn't know the best way to take it. after less than a month of any regime, i am struggling to remember my meds.

btw, i am not taking the memantine 2x a day. i have bunched it into one dose. i would just forget. i guess i am sort of worrying about this...

i think i may try to stay on this drug to try to keep away any antidopaminergic damage if i try amisulpride, if there's any reason to belive 20mg in humans will provide the same protective function it does in rats...

i have no idea how long its supposed to take for memantine to heal away movement problems and a likely broken dopaminergic system. (my chief symptoms are persistent dysthymic inability to do anything, everything takes a ridiculous amount of mental exertion, apathy, lack of ability to enjoy anything, and my thoughts, words, behaviours just do no connect. they are all automatic and show that i am "well" when i am not. in bed most of the day, etc.)

thank you for responding! :)
