Parnate: Time of Day/Divided dose?

For those of you on Parnate, what time of day to you take your pills and how do you divide your dose???

I've been on 60mg for a while and have found that taking all the pills at once in the morning seems to minimize side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone has found any therapeutic benefits to dividing the doses.
