I take 20mg. at 6am, 30mg. at noon, 20 mg. at
6pm.

I've never taken the whole day's dose at once...
maybe I'll try 50mg. all at the same time and
see how I feel.

When I first started on Parnate and was taking 10mg-
20mg/day, I'd take it early in the day to minimize
the sleep disturbance I used to experience. I also
used to get a more rapid heartbeat that seemed to
be more pronounced that I'd really notice it.

I can't say whether there are any therapeutic
advantages to dividing my dose..
