I would talk with your doc...its always good to taper off. I quit lexy could turkey and was seeing bugs that werent there, and only slept an hour a night if that. Also major anxiety attacks. I flushed my pills (dumb idea) and couldnt take them if I wanted to. Nothing I would ever want to do again. Worst experience with psch meds ever.
