I will see my new pdoc next week and hopefully will get some answers. I am sure they are going to have a whale of a time with me. Anxiety, ocd, and gad what a combo I am.

The only med that I was not on when i was on Luvox was Lamictal...
I normally take 40 mgs of lexapro; when I was prescribed Luvox, the did drop me down to 20 mgs of Lexapro; while decreasing my Lex, they were increasing my luvox ( from 25 mgs to 50 mgs, to 75 mgs...)
My insomnia/anxiety could have been a result of the tapering of Lexapro, the addition of Luvox, or just one of those random things..Do what you feel is right, but allow for the meds to actually work.
I was about to quit Lamictal after 2 weeks, but my pdoc told me to give it at least 6 weeks. I am so glad that I did. For me, Lamictal is what I needed.
All of us are different; we all respond differently to different meds.Best of Luck,
Shanon
