I was only on Remeron for a bit more than a week, because from the start I couldn't sleep, couldn't relax, and felt both enraged and out of control. It was truly awful.
It got so bad, I told my husband to keep himself and the cats out of my way, because I was afraid I'd hurt them. (Since I'm one of those who rarely admits to anger, let alone expresses it, this was NOT normal behavior for me.)
Apparently, this is a weird-but-known side effect to Remeron for some people.
