The interesting thing about scopolamine is that it could be combined with other drugs SSRI's, MAOI's or TCA's.
(Although TCA's are already strong anticholinergics which may actually account for some of their effect.)
If it works, you might be able to get a doctor to prescribe cogentin. Cogentin is a strong anticholinergic, but actually also a dopamine reuptake inhibitor!
