thats the pathetic thing. Child Protective services are involved because the step mother(new wife) wife dropped Baby girl once when BG was throwing a rebellious fit. the injury incurred was that she ended up with a scrape and a bruise going from her collar bone to underneath her chin. the other incident involved BG showing up at schoolwith a hand print on the side of her face. I think that i need to first get her to a doc for a second opinion. at that point, I think that I can m ove on a legal platform.. Obviously, CPS is not qualified to move on the matter because they don't see it as child abuse. I even told the case worker that BG is being given 20mg (two pills) instead of the prescribed 10mg daily. I had her all weekend and there were times when I would look at her and she had a stoned blank stare and her mouth was agape. It is heart wrenching. This is all happenening because my ex husband, who I might interject; is a covicted felon for the distribution of meth amphetamine, turned me in to CPS for smoking marijuana. It was about revenge and not wanting to pay child support. ( that would mean that he would have to work) haha. True enough, we live in a society where marijuana is not accepted, but I will have you know that I raised 2 kids(now ages 28, and 22) who are not only succesful, but do not smoke pot or use other drugs for that matter. I did not impose my marijuana usage on my kids ever. ofcourse, I don't smoke at all now, but it's a no brainer. I would do anything for my kids including play by the corrupt government rules. so, yea the jerk doesn't pay child support, but all three little ones get sad knowing they are going back to Hitlers house(their dad) and it's just amatter of time before he screws up again. I'm most worried about the psychological irreversible damage caused by unnecessary prescribed psychotropic drugs. In the case of my BG, time is of the essence. anything you find out, I'm all ears. One thing is for sure, dad doesn't mind taking casualities to forge his scorn.
