It's surely from the EMSAM the stiffness is caused by reduction in Dopamine levels very fast.
maybe you just tapered it off very quickly.
If you want to relieve it just take benzo as needed.
The stiffness will go away by itself...By the way I have the same problem whenever i take SSRI's and it freaks me out. the first time I took it I thought "it must be relieved in the end" and I have cuntinued taking it and it almost killed me(felt it in the whole body and couldn't breath).
so just take benzo and after few days it'll back to normal. in very severe cases people take anti-parkinsonian drugs but you far from this case ...
