TCA for SSRI/Stimulant inolerance?

Has anyone here been intolerable of SSRI's and/or stimulants (Ritalin, Dexedrine, Adderall) but successful with a TCA?

I have chest pain and tachycardia with SSRI's and stimulants...severe and even at low doses.
