Blueberry is right that fluoxetine will cause a release in serotonin via its interaction with 5-ht2c receptors. But, this promotes dopamine release in certain parts of the brain only.

The study Blueberry is refering to shows an increase in dopamine release in the fronal cortex, which may be good for social phobia.

I know a lot of social phobics who do well on some combination of an SSRI, a Benzo and caffiene.

You might want to look at the herb vitex, (chasteberry) which is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and a dopamine (d2) agonist.
