Your right about the caffein addon. Problem is that after just a couple of days it goes all paradoxical on me no matter what the dose is (feel more tired than energized).
About the Vitex: seems mainly aimed more at women than it is men. I would be worried about detrimental hormonal changes (I'm male). I've read some of your posts on the 'Alternative' board about this herb and have some questions:
Whats been the best dose(s) for you & what times of the day do you take it?
Are you male? (dont answer if you dont want to)
What brand do/did you take? If more than one, which one is best?
Can you please post a/some links to 'reliable' studies showing it's effects on Serotonin & dopamine? (Cant find any myself)
Any more info on the subject that might help?
Thanx,
teck.
