It's true the older you get the easier to gain weight as hormones also play a big part. So I've always eatten less since menopause. Breakfast cereal, yougurt and berries. Lunch one half sandwich then nothing till right now I eat the truffles then a healthy choice dinner and thats it. Of course the thyroid doesn't help either. Phillipa
