Stargazer I know what you mean and I did the same thing looked pretty darn good til menopause and then it's downhill lack of hormones but I do stay active. I saw the ophrah show and am thinking my anxiety could actually be bipolar triggered by the thyroid not being able to stabalize. Maybe get an estrogen patch as l0 years of feeling well are better than 30 of feeling like you know what. Phillipa
