I suspect your eating disorder is giving you multiple nutrient deficiencies of various kinds, which are causing robust TRD. Vitamins, minerals & other supplements simply wont work if you're not getting enough protien, quality carbs & the correct fats all in decent enough proportions.

When you took these meds before, maybe your deficiencies weren't as bad as they are now, hence why they haven't worked at all second time around.
