Some thoughts:
1) It took Mishal a week or more to really start getting the therapeutic effects, IIRC.
2) Don't take it at night, take it first thing in the morning.
3) Take it with a meal.
4) Early nausea with DA agonists is common, it's something that should fade with time.Good luck to you, and keep with the updates! There are a lot of people here interested in this medication.
