You could ask your doc what he thinks of skipping dosed. Personally i don't find it causes a problem and the maintenence dose can be as low as taking it every second day anyway. When i skip a dose i don't have any adverse reactions, it just makes me sleep for about 14hours.. i can go about 3-4days off nardil without feeling any different and then restart it without it seeming like i ever stopped. But my problems when not on meds arn't severe enough that im in trouble off them which is why i took the risk of skipping doses. If you are going to spiral back into a deep depression then i wouldn't reccomend it.
