I'm taking 45 mg..I take 15 mg early am, again at noon and then about 4 pm..insomnia hit about a week and a half ago..I've played around with taking the dosage at different times, but it doesn't seem to make any difference..will have to call pdoc again..3 hours of sleep after upping seroquel..good grief!
