> Hi, did you get any sleep lastnight??? im guessing it was a Battle... Last night I had a bad insomnia. I had a final exam this morning so I couldnt take any sleep meds that would leave me foggy. I had no chance to even try and sleep until 530am, I took a zanax and sortof dozed off till seven. Then Off my couch I got and into the shower for another day. I can handle it just fine today because my body says I can, Im not fatigued. Nardil can really deminish my need for sleep alot sometimes now that it has kicked in. But WOW what a piss off when there is nothing to do but what till the morning to do nothing but worry that you got no sleep.. not fun. I'll make sure to get a full 12 hours this weekend with zopiclone and benedril. I feel myself get tired juring the day if im at home on the couch. BAM. I can fall asleep for 2 hours or more. not a productive time to sleep but better then nothing. I havent been sick from lack of sleep and I feel good (OH and my Nardil Has kicked in) im at 8 weeks and 90mgs, im 180lbs. insomnia was worse at 3-6 weeks. Once it kicks in, your happy to get up any way even if Ive had no sleep. Ask People here or look up post about Seroquel, It may be one of the best off label sleep aids for what your experiencing and I believe it can be used fairly long term, atleast until your insomnia isnt so bad any more which may take a month or 3 more. Hang in there. I have lots of side effects right now but its worth it for the great benefit I'm finally recieving from Nardil when it Kicked in. It kicks in more and more each couple days. I just noticed that yesterday and today iy kicked in to a new level! Keep posting, more pple will come to your aid
> >NardilStartedThanks for the detailed reply and help. Unfortunately we can not get zopiclone in the US. My doc checked out the local pharmacies... Is this correct?
Hopefully my insomnia will improve soon. My doc told me his other patient on Nardil had no insomnia problems... what gives? I guess everyone is different. In the end as long as I eventually feel better and the insomnia backs off I will be happy.
