headaches on Buspar

Posted by porkpiehat on June 2, 2008, at 23:33:35

I recently added Buspar to my 20mgs Celexa and 100mg Lamictal bid to aid in concentration, reduce jaw tenstion and almost daily headaches and reduce anxiey. I know that I could just increase the Celexa but that has a lot of drawbacks for me.

The buspar was great for anxiety and headaches before the irritability started. I scaled back to taking just a nighttime dose, but now I get a "coming down" feeling toward the end of the day, followed by a headache that I can't get rid of. It is far worse than the original headaches

I like the other effects of buspar, so I added a small morning dose thinking that it would stave off the evening "coming down" headache.

No luck so far. Four advil won't touch it.

Anyone have similar experience or advice?

Thanks.
