For some people, withdrawal from paroxetine can be severe and prolonged, and some symptoms of it may last up to a few months. In other words, withdrawal may still be playing a role, but another issue may be the low dose reboxetine, and your increase to 8 mg may prove effective - up to 12 mg can be taken if necessary. Tryptophan or 5-HTP supplements may mitigate Paxil witdrawals.
