>Yeah I agree with Marty. To be honest Id give it up trying to find combinations of other drugs to approximate the effect of Agomelatine. Its a totally new mechanism of action, and poly-pharmacy will usually just increase unwanted side effects.
Also it seems as though getting hold of this drug before its approved will be next to impossible. Im not saying its not worth trying, but dont get your hopes up. Id say the best bet is think back through everything youve tried so far and find something that helps and has bearable side effects (trying to get by on a lower dose could help too) then just hold out untill this agomelatine is released.It sucks but we're just gonna have to be patient.
