Ok here is the problem, ill attempt to simplify it as much as possable.Say for instance myself, who responds to more stimulative type of meds, and can then tolerate gaba or sedating meds along with them to keeo the peace.
As in a stimulant and small dose of benzo, thats fine.
However, and im curious with this on everyone with the like......how can who so desperatly needs a stimulant for there depression, like myself, changing instantly when taking one, then be expected to at night take a totaly opposite drug.
i understand sleep is needed, but i literaly jump around like a fish out of water when i take a benzo or sedating med because they are increasing the exact opposite of what i increase in the day to keep me alive.
What am to do? All i see are gaba affecting meds, are some form of inhibitory meds used, which makes sense of course, but not for me.
In fact i once took my normal day med and then added the sleep ones and i was able to sleep.I thought i found the answer until two days later i saw this was not a viable option and should have spoken to my doc first anyway.
Not sure what to do,for now ill just keep investigating the different sleep methods.
