Hi Diego (Seamus)!It's nice to see your smiling face. I just wish it would have been under different circumstances.
I need to step out for awhile to attend to a family emergency, but I will reply.
Parnate: Do whatever you need to in order to establish treatment. If that means staying at 10mg until the behavioral side effects wear off, then that's what you do.
I need to think more about this one. Don't give up on Parnate. You will likely need a minimum of 40mg this time around.
