Vincent,
I'm sure your right. No one is conditioned to those extreme temps. My sister got brave once and moved to Michigan (Lake Huron). She would tell me how her eyebrows and eyelashes would freeze when she walked outside. Can't imagine. Anyway, she moved back home within a year. LOL!!
Georgia's summers however are miserable for a lot of people. 100 degrees outside with 95% humidity can be very hard for some. Thats why people with extreme allergies or asthma can't tolerate it here. I've seen people move down here from the north and can't tolerate the summers here. Those of us who are born here are more conditioned to it. My hubby loves it here in the summers. The hotter the better he says.
I forgot what northern state it happened in, but did you here abut the guy who walked in his sleep? He walked outside at night and died of hypothermia. Can you believe????
Anyhow, thanks for your support with the parnate. I'm so desperate to get myself back. Listening to everyone's post with their different experiences has been alot of help. At least I feel better about what I am getting into. I have been on and off so many ssri's with there side-effects and withdrawals, that I'm prepared to face them again, going on the parnate (Am hoping I am one of the ones who responds well and quickly).
I just want something to work. Tired of being on this never ending rollercoaster ride.
By the way, my father-in-law had gastic by-pass surgery last week. I saw him last night and he was already showing off his 9lb. weight loss. LOL!!!
Take care and be well.
Courtney
