its not bad, its just kind of a waste. IN general, noone needs more omega-6 oils. these are polyunsaturated fats found in things like corn oil. everyone gets too much. Omega-9 are 'healthy', but you don't really need to supplement with them (they are monofats) instead just use a bit more olive oil or eat a few almonds: i prefer as much as possible to get nutrients from food,s because foods are tasty. I'm not sure what kind of omega-3 udos has, but generally fish oil is the best, although vegans i'd recommend the algae dha oil. fish oil has both dha & EPA which are the biologically useful omega-3 fats you can't get other than in minute quantities from most foods.
