Could taking GABA interfere with meds?

I take extra dosages of GABA, L-taurine and L-theanine supplements to help with mood and anxiety.
Could this possibly interfere with what meds are supposed to be fixing?
Plan to start on Marplan shortly. Was wondering if this could cause a problem?
