Lexapro can cause a number of nervous mouth activities that cause painful results

This is true of many meds

If you take a med only once a day it sometimes helps to take it at night

notice what time you are clenching your teeth

This is an ongoing problem for me
You have my empathy
I know how terribly distressful it is to have your mouth hurting all day

good luck
