Hi, Sanguine~
Is this an exclusive Walgreen's line of drugs?
About the $4 program, is it per week or per month?
When I get generics filled in 3-month supplies (max allowed) from CostCo, it often turns out to be cheaper than $4/month. Guess it depends on the drug. It's really cheap when I get the big doses (ex: 200mg vs. 100mg) in 3mo supplies & cut them up. -easier w/ some drugs than others.I thought generics were supposed to be equivalent. I have noticed that tablets seem to work better for me than capsules & that many of my generics end up being capsules.
My GP won't prescribe generic birth-control (unless using for other conditions), saying the doses are not as well regulated in generics. It seems like drug companies would be risking liability if they didn't closely regulate doses. hmm..I have had changes in how I respond to drugs & wondered if I'd gotten a bad batch. Sometimes Welbutrin would have a terrible odor & other times not. The pharmacist told me it's not significant.
