It can take a minimum of 2 weeks or as much as 8 weeks before Nardil starts to work, provided you are at the right dosage. If you can tolerate it, I would wait 2 weeks at 45mg and then increase to 60mg for another 3 weeks. Most people do not respond in any way until they get to a dosage range of 60-90mg. If, at 60mg, you feel nothing for 3 weeks, I would then go to 75mg.

I'm sorry to have to say this, but you might have to experience a mental fog for a few more weeks between the Nardil and Lamictal. You are not yet in an enviable position. You are too high in the Lamictal to dissipate the cognitive impairments and too low in the Nardil to emerge out of depression. I wouldn't give up, though. You've come this far.

How much Lamictal are you now taking?
