What happened to 60mg!
:-)
You probably raised the dosage too fast. I would reduce it back to 60mg temporarily. Nardil inhibits its own metabolism. The more you take, the steeper is the slope of increased blood levels. 45mg to 60mg is a much greater jump than is 30-45mg. Going from 60mg to 75mg is greater still. Your body will need time at 60mg to make adjustments to offset the hypotensive effect of Nardil. You should really give the new dosage several weeks to work. If you would instead like to target 75mg as soon as possible, I would remain at 60mg for at least a week.
If hypotension remains a problem, you can use a drug called Florinef (fludrocortisone) to keep your blood pressure up. Hopefully, you would not need it indefinitely. You can try to discontinue it at some point.
