I understand where you are coming from. I have a stash of meds set aside for the same reason. However, I don't think anyone is going to tell you how to get your hands on barbituates. You would never get them prescribed to you in the UK, heck it's hard to prescribed a benzo in the UK.

I hope you are start feeling better soon.
