The thing is [don't want to make drama out of myself] is I was put on stimulants [adderall] in the 7th grade and it improved work because the rate I was going I was failing [and the trend today is to put your kid on Ritilin type medications if they don't progress]
It just improves concentration and what is like a "big" flag is I took just a little bit more than I was suppost too, and I confessed to it, and that went "eee" bad! And I think that If you had those thought's in the past, they will stay [like taking an extra for studying] yet anything seen as amphetamine is considered passed an adult age is "speed" to people who know addiction because Dexedrine say's "abuse prone" on the bag, and that's correct. Yet...I just can't really say, how much it helped yet knowing the past of misuse goodness I wished I had another chance, but for now, it's off. Just go on with life.
One thing about addiction: I think if you "like" a paticualar substance, or activty, it's more likely your going to over-like it and make it part of you life. Yet, a good thing to break addiction is do something that society does like eat delcious food, wine [depends], going to a social and making good friends[which is very difficult for me but it can be done], watching tv or browing the internet [be aware of those tracking cookies! they follow and see where you've been! yum yum! sounds like fun!
So narrowing it down to things people or society see as "normal" like sitting back and relaxin', but sometimes that's difficult for me.
I don't want to say i'm disabled but there are some social aspect's that really I lack.
Anyways, thanks....
