Lexapro Dose increase - mental fatigue

in the 8th week my lex was upped to 15 mg from the initial 10mg.
in the 10th week (2 days ago) it was upped to 20mg from 15mg.
Yesterday I felt restless and crazy whole day... in the night I took Lunesta 1mg and got up after 7 hours of sleep... with a horrible taste in the mouth....
the whole day I was feeling inner-restlessness and dysphoria... and suddenly in the evening I was mentally-tired to the point of not being able to read without much effort...
could an increase in dose of Lex cause this mental fatigue???? should I blame lunesta?
