A high dose of lexapro like 20mg will definately give you some mental fatigue as well as physical fatigue. Could you add something to the 10mg dose to avoid side affects? Are you taking lex for depression, anxiety, or both? You could add Wellbutrin for depression but some people have worse anxiety, you could also try adding a lower dose of Lithium or Lamictal for added help with depression. Really nothing wrong with using multiple meds at lower doses to avoid side effects...

p.s. bad taste in mouth is probably from the Lunesta...
