Tired on Dex

Just a thought- I find that on higher doses of stimulants I get tired- try lowering the dose....my pdoc explained that when the dose is too high people often experience fatigue (seems ironic but true) so I lowered the dose and it actually helped. Also, coffee tends to cause fatigue as it wears off due to the rebound effect- I switched to decaf which also helped me some.
