I am on 20mg. It was the other day that I took my dexadrine & had a coffee. Then shortly after I became really tired.
It doesn't always happen that I become tired right after. Even on Provigil I was still tired a lot.
I will have to pay more attention to see if it has a negative, positive, or no effect.
