I would suggest trying some natural remedies. These would include:
Melatonin
GABA
Glycine
Skullcaps
Passionflower
Valerian
Magnesium-Glycinate is best form
Niacin-get a flush a few hours before bed
Phosphatidyl Serine
Bacopa
AshwagandhaAll of these could be combined for maximum benefit though it would be best to try one at a time to see if they provide benefit.
