Hi,
I never had any insomnia on Risperidone, but I was also taking Clonazepam with it at bedtime. I did want to warn you that I developed a terrible weight problem that was finally diagnosed as the result of a much too high Prolactin level. I was switched to Geodon and the weight fell off. Still, I slept better on the Risperidone.
