Have Cymbalta and Effexor users moved to Pristiq?

What is the track record of Pristiq on this user board? Has it been significantly better than currently existing therapies (Ie Effexor or Cymbalta)? I've seen some people report that it takes a full 8 weeks to kick in (unlike just a few with Effexor or Cymbalta).
