I don't know the real max dose. But the most I ever took in one day was 50mg. I took 30mg for a while. This was all just after the abilify which realy screwed me up, and made zyprexa less potent for a while. I've heard that the suggested max dose is 30mg. I also read that you could take up to some thing like 400mg before OD. Realy slow and tired. I take 15mg now. Seems to be right not too tired and not too fast, clear thinking. I also take 3x12mg perphenazine. Which seems to mean I don't need as high a dose of zyprexa.
If you are tired you might take less zyprexa or add wellbutrin sr.
I think you might be trying to replace the amphetamine with zyprexa. Maybe a stimulant with it would help. Wellbutrin goes well with it.
I don't know what else to tell you? Why do you want to take more zyprexa?
